With paper forms to fill out and hand out, most screeners throw out their screening surveys losing vital amounts of data and potential leads for future events UNLESS you want to spend time manually entering all the data one-by-one into a computer. With Screening Leads, you only enter the information once on your tablet and all work is saved for life! No extra steps and no extra work!
Automated Notifications: Once submitted, your office will be notified of the new appointment and your potential new patient will receive a separate appointment confirmation!
Data Collection: Every answer has value and can be seen only by you and your team. Use the information to track your success and use for future event leads.
KPI Dashboard: Besides all your data, we build each office a personalized KPI (key performance indicator) Dashboard that will give you visual representation of your screening closing rate, most common symptoms, and screening frequency.
